My Story

I help women reclaim their confidence, rediscover their worth and see beyond the limitations that may have shaped how they see themselves. Through story, faith and purposeful action, I encourage women to step into the life they were created to live.

Jacqueline Johnson is a Caribbean woman, author, entrepreneur, faith and life thinker, and founder of TheBeyondWoman, a Caribbean media and empowerment platform dedicated to telling authentic stories, creating meaningful conversations, and helping women see beyond the limitations they may have placed on themselves.

A former investment banker with more than a decade of experience serving high-level clients in corporate Jamaica, Jacqueline holds a Bachelor’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Master’s degree in Finance from Florida International University. She is also an author of four books, including Called to a Higher Service and Heal You First: Become the Butterfly You Already Are, through which she explores faith, purpose, identity, and personal transformation.

Jacqueline’s own journey through insecurity, identity, faith, career and personal transformation has deeply shaped the work she does today. At the heart of her work is a desire to help women reclaim their confidence, rediscover their worth and step more fully into lives of purpose and impact.

Through TheBeyondWoman Magazine and TheBeyondWoman Conversations podcast, Jacqueline has created a space where Caribbean women can share their stories, celebrate their achievements, explore the realities of their lives and see themselves reflected in the experiences of others. Her work is rooted in the belief that storytelling can shift how we see ourselves, and that a shift in perspective can ultimately change how we live.

At the heart of everything Jacqueline does is a simple mission: to help people live free — spiritually grounded, purpose-filled and aligned with who God created them to be.
