My Story

I help women who have been overlooked, marginalized, or disenfranchised reclaim their confidence, rediscover their worth, and step boldly into lives of purpose and impact. Through the power of story—formulating their personal narratives and aligning them with a clear vision and mission—I guide women toward building a life that exceeds their expectations.

This work is deeply personal. I know what it feels like to be unseen, to question your value, and to battle silent comparisons. I’ve lived that reality—and I also know the freedom that comes when you realize you were fearfully and wonderfully made by a loving Father. His approval is the only validation we need to stand tall, live fully, and shine unapologetically. We were never meant to shrink—we were called to be lights on a hill, illuminating the way for others as we boldly walk our own journey.

I’m Jacqueline, and I help women live free—spiritually grounded, purpose-filled, and powerfully aligned.

I am Jacqueline and I help people to live free.

Jacqueline Johnson is a Caribbean powerhouse—an expert connector, transformational leader, and founder of TheBeyondWoman, a premier platform dedicated to amplifying the voices and stories of Caribbean women to inspire change, foster unity, and bridge gaps across industries.

A former investment banker with over a decade of high-level experience serving VIP clients in corporate Jamaica, Jacqueline holds a Bachelor’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Master’s in Finance from Florida International University. She is also the author of four books, including Called to a Higher Service, which has positioned her as a sought-after voice on purpose-driven living and spiritual leadership.

Her mission is rooted in faith and impact: to help women rise—confidently, collaboratively, and connected to their divine identity and unique purpose. Through TheBeyondWoman Magazine, TheBeyondWoman Conversations podcast, masterclasses, and transformational events, she has spotlighted Caribbean excellence, elevated regional narratives, and built a powerful network of women across business, media, fashion, and personal development.

Now lending her expertise to initiatives like the newly formed Fashion Council, Jacqueline is focused on bridging the gap between emerging Caribbean creatives and influential global leaders—ensuring the region’s culture, talent, and innovation receive the recognition they deserve.

Whether she’s connecting women to purpose, platforms, or powerful relationships, Jacqueline Johnson is a catalyst—igniting transformation and helping women live free, lead boldly, and rise beyond limits.
