Once you take the plunge and become entwined with your spirit, your true identity will become clear. You are not a mistake, and neither are your circumstances. Everything you have experienced in life is what you were predestined to experience. Our past is what forms us and makes us unique. If you grew up in a negative space with negative experiences, then embrace it and know there is a purpose for every season in life. When you accept that, forgiving and forgetting becomes much easier. So does stepping into your calling. The process will allow you to become someone who is deep rather than shallow. You will begin to see and appreciate yourself and know you were made in God’s image, an image that does not allow you to be anything less than powerful.
Is that thought too much to handle? I’ll say it again: you are more powerful than you think. The sooner you accept this and make it part of your life, the sooner you will begin to see life differently. Your perspective will be renewed. You will become stronger in your faith and in your ability to handle life’s challenges. You will cease to have a negative impact on others. That may be how you were born, and that may have been your reality up until now, but not anymore. Don’t accept any negativity from anyone, and don’t dish it out. Instead, separate yourself and appreciate such people from a distance, and then position yourself to help others who may be going through the same situation. No matter how negative your past, it can have a positive impact on your present and future if you view it from the proper perspective.
