Sometimes God has to separate us from people and circumstances in order to preserve us. In order to save us from ourselves and each other. In order to get the best from us.

We are sometimes blinded by the things that takes place around us, the distraction that the enemy places before us because our spiritual eyes are weak.

Second Corinthians 4:4 “In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.”

We are unable to see our own inadequacies and limitations in certain circumstances. We are unable to see that we really do not add value in certain situations. We think we are doing ourselves and each other justice but not until we are separated will we see the toxicity of our contribution and absorption from what is around us.

Do you ever feel as though you cannot live without someone or something? That in itself carries many warning signals, we should never be consumed by anything period, instead control is so important to our well being. And not until we are separated will we experience true growth and the realization that we are in control with God’s help. That we can do without the very thing we hold on to for dear life… and will accomplish more from being separated than we could ever being attached to that individual(s) or to that situation.
