Sunday Inspire – I have “gazillion” confidence, here’s why

Romans 8:28

…And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose.

Even when things are really bad there is purpose. Knowing this can make a huge difference in how we respond to life. It can give us the confidence we need to live a life filled with all that we need to be who we are.

Every encounter in life is a plan to either rescue us (don’t I know it) or to prosper us. God does not allow a minute of our lives to be shallow or meaningless and it is for us to recognize this and live knowing this. Every hurt, rejection, failure we experience know that it does not go to waste. Once we begin to appreciate this truth our outlook will change. Our disposition will change and allow us to see that we are living in favour every step that we make. We will begin to understand Psalm 91 and the promises towards us.

We each have a choice in how we experience life, once we believe in God’s love and favour then we become unstoppable with confidence that is unmatched. There is no need for any believer to view their lives in a pessimistic way. We are winners living from a victorious position, having no need to fight our way through life; but what we should do is yield.

Yield to the Lord and live our lives optimistically because we have a father who loves us infinitely and deeply. He wants us to live our best. He wants us to see the best first. He wants us to live knowing that He has our back and believe that everything is coming together as it needs to.
