Too often than I would like to speak of I have found myself not wanting to embrace process. Instead what I want is a quick fix and to avoid mishaps, challenges, improving on the limitations that I have identified within because of the time and effort going through the process would take.

I find that I have not warmed up to this thing called process for most of my life unfortunately.

This has led to many mistakes and wrong choices and the point is this, I have never quite escaped learning from the things I have been through, which has transformed me into who I am today.

In Ecclesiastes 8:6 NIV we are told that there is a proper time and procedure for every matter, though a person may be weighed down by misery.

So even when we feel burdened by this thing that takes us into unknown territories and having to submit and humble ourselves we have to deal with it.

I know it sometimes feels like you are running a never ending race. As you turn the bend thinking it’s the last – only to hear the announcer through the speakers telling you a couple more to go. You keep wondering why he fails to say the number of laps left.

Had you known this was the rule (run until I say stop) beforehand you would have never started this race. You say to yourself had I been more aware, more prepared … perhaps, I could have done this easily…. but alas, life does not work that way. There is no crystal ball my friend because life is not a fairy tale. The fact of the matter is that, in life … sometimes the rules do not even matter because at any time the game plan can change.

Process is a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end. So in everything there a is process that will get you to that end. We cannot escape neither avoid process.

It is what it is and it is up to us most times to make it what it should be. In order to get to what it should be there is unavoidable process that involves hard lessons. Show me someone who says they had it easy and I will tell you they were lying.
So process can be good or bad depending on how you interact with it, it is up to you.

Today I encourage you to embrace the process, relax through the process, learn whatever lesson that the process brings then become better through process. That my friend will get you to where you need to be.

Accommodate process and it will be kind to you…

The race is not for the swift but for those who will endure to the end!

Embrace the process and complete the process…
