To let “it” go is not a weakness. It is a strength that only few possess. JPJ
Proverbs 16:7(The Voice) When people make good choices, He is pleased;
He even causes their enemies to live peacefully near them
Father only you know the ache I am feeling inside my heart right now. Only you know the fear inside of me, the confusion I am feeling right now, the deception directed towards me. What is it about me that attracts the enemy? Why is it that there is no giving up no matter how I declare resoundingly that I AM A CHILD OF YOURS.
My tears are not because I am afraid; my tears are because the human side of me battles so hard against the spiritual side.
The human side wants me to retaliate and scream and behave unreasonable. The human side wants me to make those who go against me know exactly how I feel about them. The spiritual side of me knows that I need to be calm. I need to be silent. I need to be still and aware and understand that I need a clear mind. Clear so that I can hear your voice Lord, telling me to let it go. Telling me to move on, telling me that you have it under control.
I love you more than life so I will heed your voice. I will not fall in the enemy’s trap, he is trying too hard and I will not give in to him. I will not let him win. So I am calm, I will try my best to let it go and give it to you Lord because you know best.
I will let it go because your outcome is worth far more than a momentary relief of bad behavior. I will let it go because I want to be in your will always and I do not want to do anything to jeopardize that.
I will let it go.
Affirm: I will let it go. I will give it over to God. I will give him full control, knowing he knows what is best for me.
