Smile

I have always had a problem with smiling easily, my mother use to say I am always putting the world on my shoulders. I would like to think that my inability to smile easily was as a result of that and nothing more. That was long ago… but I realize that even in recent times it remains, a habit I will have to break . So as I try to improve I am reminded in the Bible in Proverbs 15:13 & 30(ERV) where it says clearly that  If you are happy, your face shows it. If you are sad, your spirit feels defeated. A smile[a sparkle in the eyes] makes people happy. Good news makes them feel better. So now I make a concerted effort to smile more, it takes time but I will get there.

Affirm: I will SMILE and as I smile, it will become infectious and cause others to do the same and feel the Joy that comes through smiling. It is well and I am well.
